Profile: 
I have over 15 years experience as a financial accountant leading all aspects of accounting and finance, including liaising with external auditors, producing management accounts and managing the accounts team. I grew up, and have lived, in Plymouth my whole life and enjoy its great location with easy access to Dartmoor and Cornwall. I like to spend my spare time cycling and geocaching with my son, Teddy. I also run a squash team which plays in the Plymouth Company League. I am married to Laura, who many of you will know from the Widewell Parents and Friends Association, and Teddy is currently in Year 1 at the school. I am thrilled to become a governor at Widewell and I’m excited at the prospect of a new challenge. I hope my skills and experience can be of value to the team and I look forward to working with the whole school community.
